Centranet is implementing text alerts that will notify subscribers of important information related to their internet service. The service will help Centranet notify subscribers of planned service interruptions and distribute important information in the case of a major outage.

Funded by a National Telecommunications and Information Administration grant under the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program, Centranet is building a full fiber network throughout all tribal lands including the community of Cushing.
