Returning Centranet Equipment

To avoid a $250 fee, please return all in-home equipment – such as the modem, router, mesh extender, etc. – within one week after your internet service has been disconnected.

Option 1: Drop-off at our office

Bring your equipment to our office during business hours:

3305 S Boomer Rd, Stillwater, OK 74074
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Hand it to one of our friendly cashiers and receive a return receipt for your records.

Option 2: Mail your equipment

Complete the equipment return form.
Pack your equipment securely and include the completed form.
Mail (at your cost) to:

Once the equipment is received in the office and inspected for minor wear and tear, the $250 equipment fee will be removed from your final bill.

Important:

Equipment must be returned within 7 days of service cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable $250 equipment charge, even if equipment is returned later.
