Centranet is implementing text alerts that will notify subscribers of important information related to their internet service. The service will help Centranet notify subscribers of planned service interruptions and distribute important information in the case of a major outage.
On August 8, subscribers will receive a welcome text message from Centranet’s phone number, 405-533-3278. Those who do not wish to participate will be able to respond to the text to opt out. To make sure you are included in the program, please make sure your cell phone is listed on your account, see below.
MAKE SURE CENTRANET HAS YOUR CELL PHONE ON FILE
- From the SmartHub website: Select My Profile and My Information from the menu. Review the phone numbers listed on your account. Update any information and click Save.
- From the SmartHub app: Tap the More icon, then the Settings menu. Review your phone numbers. Update any information and tap Save.
- You can also call our office at 405-533-3278 during regular business hours to talk with an account representative.
Members can text the word FIBER to 405-533-3278 to opt-in as well.
